Pre Game Portfolio Allocation

For a limited time, before round 1 commences, players will have the opportunity to visit pulsewars.io and manage their portfolios. You will begin with 10,000 DAI.

Pulse wars NFTS with 2 or 4 coins (Power Items, Pulsicans, Citizens and Frenemies/VCs) will have their coins randomly assigned by the algorithm. Founders and Citizens will be able to choose their 4 coins during this pre game phase. All players can then allocate the percentages of their fictional 10,000 DAI across the coins in their portfolio in any ratio they choose. At that time the game logic will execute a “market buy” for each coin and embed the corresponding amount of each coin into the NFT, enabling future market value tracking for that NFTs portfolio.

If an NFT represents a single coin, (maxi’s / natives) their coin will be randomly assigned by the algorithm during this pregame phase. The player can then choose when they believe to be the optimal time to “market buy” their entire fictional 10,000 DAI allocation. These gameplay “market buys” will embed the corresponding amount of the coin into the NFT, enabling future market value tracking.

If players do not utilize these functions before the specified deadline (TBD), automated algorithms will perform all the allocations on their behalf.

LEAGUES

At the beginning of the game, all NFTs will be entered into the battle league.

Postion in the league is determined by the overall value of your NFTs protfolio.

AT THE END OF EACH ROUND A CERTAIN NUMBER OF NFTS WILL PROGRESS. IF YOUR POSITON IN THE LEAGUE IS BELOW THAT NUMBER, YOUR NFT WILL BE ELIMINATED. (See game schedule)

Trading During Rounds

During each round, players holding 2 or 4 coins (Power Items, Pulsicans, Citizens and Frenemies/VCs) will have the opportunity to trade the value of 1 coin in their portfolio for another from our active lists of coins. THIS TRADE FUNCTION IS ONLY ALLOWED TWICE PER ROUND so use it wisely. This feature also allows for the inclusion of new and intriguing coins that may arise throughout the bull run. The trading feature will be available to call at any time during the round. Players will need to pay a fee of 25,000 PLS to access this function each time they use it. Timing and executing this effectively can easily be the difference between progress and eminination.

Please note, trading between lists is not allowed, eg, PulseChain portfolio NFTs cannot trade any of their PulseChain coins into NON PulseChain coins and vice versa.

Maxis and Natives also get ONE OPPORTUNITY EACH ROUND to try to BOOST their portfolio to claim passage to the next round. If they choose, they can pay a 50,000 PLS fee for a chance to increase their portfolio holding by 1%, 2%, 5% or 10%. *** as mentioned before "Frenemies and VCs are harder to defeat in battle, they too can call this function once per round. It will only boost one coin in their portfolio, the one that has the highest current value. This is in addition to their 2 permitted trades per round***

BEWARE OF FOUNDER POWER!

"Founders of the Future" are much more powerful. They play as described above, however they get up to 8 trades per round, can trade between ALL coins in the game and can also call the boost function every round if they choose.
